Measures
Das Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement reagiert sowohl auf int. als auch auf ext. Meldungen. Eine Entscheidung wird durch das Gremium schnell erarbeitet und über das QM/RM umgesetzt. Eine Wirksamkeitskontrolle der umgesetzten Maßnahmen erfolgt zeitnah. Bsp.: - Bei gefährdeten/ unsicheren Patienten werden PET-Flaschen statt Glasflaschen ausgegeben, um Schnittverletzungen zu verhindern. - Zur Reduktion des Sturzrisikos bei sturzgefährdeten Patienten wurden Betten mit niedrigem Einstieg angeschafft.
