Brustkrebs

Alle im Brustzentrum zusammenarbeitenden Kliniken versorgen die Patientinnen seit 2003 nach dem strukturierten Behandlungsprogramm für Brustkrebspatientinnen. Es fördert eine patientinnen-orientierte Information sowie ein strukturiertes Beratungsangebot im psychosozialen Bereich. Die Behandlungsqualität soll durch Senkung der Anzahl an Brustamputationen, Verbesserung der adjuvanten Therapie sowie Nachsorge, auch im Hinblick auf körperliche und psychosoziale Wiedereingliederung verbessert werden.

CQ07	Die "Vereinbarung des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses über Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung der Versorgung von Früh- und Neugeborenen" soll die Qualität der Versorgung von Früh- und Neugeborenen sichern. Sie definiert ein Stufenkonzept der Versorgung und regelt die Anforderungen an die behandelnden Einrichtungen. In Kooperation mit der Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin der Klinikum Dortmund gGmbH erfüllt das St.-Johannes-Hospital die Anforderungen an einen perinatalen Schwerpunkt.
CQ01	Die "Vereinbarung des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses über Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung für die stationäre Versorgung bei der Indikation Bauchaortenaneurysma" regelt die Anforderungen an die Kliniken, die diese Patienten stationär versorgen und operieren. Ziel ist die Gewährleistung und Verbesserung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Versorgung dieser Patientinnen und Patienten. Die Klinik für Herz-, Thorax- und Gefäßchirurgie erfüllt diese Voraussetzungen uneingeschränkt.
CQ25	Das St.-Johannes-Hospital erfüllt die Anforderungen für die Implantation kathetergestützter Aortenklappen (TAVI) und zur Durchführung transvenöser Clipverfahren vollumfänglich. Die Kliniken für Kardiologie und Herzchirurgie gewährleisten die Versorgung durch abgestimmte interdisziplinäre Prozesse, inkl. der leitliniengerechten Indikationsstellung und der intensivmedizinischer Überwachung, falls notwendig.
