Project-related cooperation with colleges and universities	Die vier internistischen Kliniken der Kath. St.-Johannes-Gesellschaft haben mit der Kath. Hochschule NRW in Köln ein umfassendes Weiterbildungscurriculum "Facharzt für Innere Medizin" entwickelt. Die Klinik für Psychiatrie unterhält wissenschaftliche Kooperationen insb. mit der Universität Witten.
Student training (clinical traineeship / internship year)	Für Medizinstudenten besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Famulatur zu absolvieren. Außerdem beteiligt sich die Klinik für Innere Medizin/Diabetologie an der theoretischen Ausbildung der PJ-Studenten des St.-Johannes-Hospitals.
