Measures
Unter CIRS versteht man das systematische melden und Erfassen kritischer Ereignisse, die eingetreten sind, aber noch keinen Schaden verursacht haben (sogenannte "Beinahe - Fehler"). Die Ursachen werden analysiert, bewertet und in der Einrichtung kommuniziert mit dem Ziel, Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und somit durch geeignete Maßnahmen ähnliche kritische Ereignisse in Zukunft zu vermeiden.
