Measures
Zur Risikoidentifizierung bzw. Beinahevorkommnisse ist seit Jahren ein anonymes Meldesystems etabliert worden. Alle erhobenen potentiellen Fehlerquellen und Beinahevorkommnisse werden in einer interdisziplinär besetzten Arbeitsgruppe bearbeitet. Als präventiver Ansatz werden Risikoprofile in den Abteilungen mit den Mitarbeitern entwickelt.
