Das Fehlermeldesystem wird seit vielen Jahren genutzt und wurde im Rahmen der Umsetzung des Konzeptes zum Klinischen Risikomanagement edv-gestützt implementiert. Die beteiligten Abteilungen werden in die Auswertung der CIRS-Meldungen einbezogen.
