Measures
CIRS ist ein fest etabliertes Tool im Klinischen Risikomanagement der Asklepios Klinik St. Georg, das seinerseits Bestandteil im Qualitätsmanagement der Klinik ist. Jede Meldung wird durch Experten analysiert, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen werden abgeleitet und in der CIRS- Lenkungsgruppe konsertiert. Wichtige Instrumente, um eine sichere Patientenbehandlung zu gewährleisten sind z.B. die Nutzung von Identifikationsarmbändern und die Nutzung der WHO-Checkliste im OP.
