Measures
Jede CIRS-Meldung wird in anonymisierter Form besprochen und entsprechend möglicher Ursachen diskutiert. Im Ergebnis dieser Diskussion erfolgen korrigierende Maßnahmen wie beispielsweise Anpassung von Prozessabläufen, Schulungen der Mitarbeiter oder Umstellung des Portfolio Medizinprodukten, Hilfsmitteln oder Verbrauchsgütern. Die VA zum CIRS wurde 2017 einer routinemäßigen Revision unterzogen. Es gab keine Änderungen. Daher bleibt das Gültigkeitsdatum vom 22.07.2014 bestehen.
