CIRS Sitzungen finden regelmäßig im Rahmen der Klinikleitungssitzungen statt mit den Beteiligten Personen, Klinikleitung, PDL, ärztlicher Dierktor, alle Chefärzte und CIRS Beauftragte. Abteilungsbezogen auch in den monatlichen Stationsleitungsbesprechungen, je nach Frequenz und Art der Meldung
